OTO by CarDekho SEA operates the business across Indonesia and initially focuses on new car dealerships and expanding the new business unit for used car financing, refinancing, dealer inventory funding, multi-financing, and auto insurance.

About Zeninsure

ZenInsure is an insurtech platform in Indonesia, operating as part of the CarDekho SEA Group ecosystem. We distribute insurance products through B2C and B2B2C channels, serving both individual and business customers. Our key product lines include motor vehicle insurance, group health insurance, and property & engineering insurance. We are growing our insurance business across multiple product lines and distribution channels, creating opportunities to work in a fast-paced and evolving insurtech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly financial reports (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet) and monitor budget vs actual across all insurance lines
• Reconcile premiums with insurer/underwriting partners and manage payment gateway/banking settlements
• Measure working capital needs, including receivables, payables, and passthrough payments
• Partner with commercial team on pricing decisions and unit economics analysis by product line and channel
• Ensure compliance with OJK regulatory reporting requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in English is preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Business Finance, Financial Analysis, or a related role.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, fintech, or a regulated industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis, cash flow, working capital, and financial analysis.
• Experience in reconciliation and settlement processes, preferably involving insurance premiums, payment gateways, or banking transactions.
• Experience in budget vs. actual analysis and unit economics is preferred.
• Familiarity with OJK regulations and regulatory reporting is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
