Financial Planning Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Provide financial and operational analysis to support business decisions and improve profitability.
• Prepare budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reports.
• Identify business risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Business Finance, or related roles.
• Must have manufacturing plant experience, with exposure to operational and cost analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide business insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience presenting analysis to senior management is preferred.

• Mandarin Chinese: Fluent (Mandatory)
• English: Intermediate or above
