We are looking for an experienced and skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at AnyMind Group in Jakarta. This role will play a crucial part in analyzing financial performance, preparing management reports, and providing strategic recommendations to support business growth in our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including profitability analysis, revenue trends, and operational cost monitoring.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management.
- Identify and quantify potential areas for cost savings and revenue improvement, and follow up on action plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, commercial, marketing, etc.) to gather data and build business cases.
- Create clear, structured presentations and reports to support management decision-making.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Finance / Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet modeling (e.g. financial modeling, scenario analysis, dashboards).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate large and complex data sets into clear, actionable insights.
- Prior experience in an enabler company (logistics, ecommerce enabler/platform provider, or similar) is preferred.
- Good communication skills, comfortable collaborating with both finance and non-finance stakeholders, and able to work effectively in a team.
