Finance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle fund management, tax, and accounting across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with WHT and VAT regulations.
• Handle monthly closing processes, including journal entries and bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage end-to-end payment processes, including vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
• Monitor cash flow and support fund management activities, ensuring proper documentation and internal controls.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial and tax records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Review foreign exchange and cross-border transactions, ensuring alignment with import documentation (PIB) and internal records.
• Support monitoring of foreign exchange transactions and assist in managing exchange rate risks through proper coordination.
• Coordinate cross-border payments and repayments, working closely with the supply chain team to mitigate financial and tax risks.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Economics, or related fields.
• Proficient in English (written & spoken); Mandarin is a plus.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in finance, tax or accounting; prior supervisory or team lead experience is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of financial fund management, tax, and accounting compliance.
• Detail oriented, proactive, and responsible, with good communication and coordination skills.
