Key Main Responsibilities
1.Monitoring P&L
Ensure and remind all department related the P&L quarterly achievement in order to meet the company's goal;take the lead of annual budget and rolling forecast.
2.Financial cost control
Ensure the company cost saving by having all payments done by company such as salary for permanent employee (payroll); contractual employee through 3rd party; car rental through 3rd party and other one time cost (house/office rental; medical insurance, training cost, importation cost etc.); Contract & payment review;Reimbursement review;
3.Tax & audit
Ensure all transactions follow Indonesia government regulation specially on tax and provide regular reporting. In other side the Finance Manager in cooperation with consultant to have tax and audit report;invoice and other related tax transactions;
4.Accounting
Handle company accounting affairs, establish and develop of financial management rules and regulations; lead reconciliation, inventory & assets management etc.
5.Other related local Financial task
