This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Staff at Orson Indonesia, based in Tanjung Priok. The Finance Staff will be responsible for tasks such as financial planning and analysis, preparing and analyzing financial reports, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role also involves effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to support financial decision-making and organizational growth.

• Strong proficiency in Financial Planning and general Finance principles
• Analytical Skills for data analysis and decision-making
• Competence in Financial Reporting, including preparation and analysis of financial statements
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with teams and external partners
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a finance role or related field is preferred
• Familiarity with financial regulations and software is a plus
