We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical finance accounting specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial data and contributing to strategic financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial transactions of the company (payments, receipts, bank reconciliation, etc.).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with accounting standards.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including calculation, reporting, and payment.
- Conduct financial analysis to support management decision-making.
- Manage company cash flow and monitor budget planning.
- Prepare financial statements for internal and external purposes (auditors, regulators, investors).
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
- Ensure all financial documents are properly recorded and maintained.
- Support optimization of financial systems and procedures.
- Provide recommendations for cost efficiency and profitability improvement.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS), and taxation.
- Familiar with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with good problem-solving skills.
- High integrity, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
- Preferably holding financial/accounting certifications (e.g., Tax Brevet, CPA, CFA, etc.).
