About the Role:
We are seeking a meticulous, analytical, and detail-oriented Finance Specialist to become an integral part of our finance team. You will play a key role in upholding the company's financial integrity, providing strategic insights, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the organization's financial health and growth, collaborate with various departments, and support sound business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Financial Management & Reporting:
- Manage and maintain the company's financial records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Perform bank account reconciliations and ensure all transactions are properly aligned.
2 Analysis & Planning:
- Analyze financial and operational performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
- Provide analytical reports and actionable recommendations to support management in strategic decision-making.
3 Compliance & Process:
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK/PSAK), tax regulations, and internal company policies.
- Optimize and document financial procedures and internal controls.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
4 Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (operations, project management, procurement) to gather financial data and provide guidance.
- Communicate financial information and insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong expertise in accounting principles and financial statement preparation.
- Proficient analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and create actionable financial strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and presentation of financial insights.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy in financial reporting and compliance.
- High integrity and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; experience with major financial software/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accurate) is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and reporting requirements is preferred.
