Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making for TikTok Go and KOL-related project
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cashflow planning, especially for KOL payments and campaign costs
  • Monitor project expenditures, track variances, and ensure costs stay within approved budgets
  • Review, validate, and process KOL invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and on time
  • Maintain accurate financial records for all Local Services projects and ensure proper documentation
  • Compile and present financial reports, variance analysis, and performance summaries to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Creator Management, Project Coordinators, and Finance teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project finance, financial analysis, or similar roles
  • Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cashflow management
  • Highly proficient in Excel and financial modeling
  • Experience with financial systems/tools such as Excel, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards
