Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support financial analysis for TikTok Go & KOL projects
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow (especially KOL payments & campaign costs)
  • Monitor spending, track variances, and keep costs on budget
  • Review and process KOL invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately & on time
  • Maintain clear and organized financial records and documentation
  • Prepare financial reports and insights for internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with Ops, Creator Management, Project Coordinators, and Finance teams
  • Support finance admin tasks in line with internal SOPs
  • Keep project finance data and documents up to date

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
  • Min 1 year experience in project finance, financial analysis, or similar roles
  • Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow
  • Advanced Excel skills & financial modeling experience
  • Good understanding of accounting principles & compliance
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive
  • Able to turn numbers into clear, actionable insights
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills (English required)
  • Able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
