Finance Operations Associate

As our company scales, we&aposre looking for a Associate Finance Operations to help us scaling up the settlement process

Job description and key responsibilities:

• Conduct Daily Reconciliation and Settlement in compliance with SLA requirements.
• Manage reconciliation daily cash in and cash out report to ensure cash dispute
• Serve as the intermediary between company and payment partners in case of any discrepancies.
• Manage and maintain good relationships with RM/Banks to ensure bank account processes runs smoothly (Opac, Account Update, Limit increases request)
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely and smooth financial operations processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree of Accounting, Finance, or Management
• 1-2 years of experience in Finance Operations, and Settlement.
• Good sense of logic with clear communication skills
• Consistently complete tasks accurately, follow instructions carefully, and check work for mistakes.
