Process daily finance operation transactions according to procedures, especially AP and AR.
Make sure end-to-end finance operation processes (including all cross-function processes) are completed within SLA (due date).
Make sure everything is complete, correct, and match among all related documents (agreement, order, acceptance, invoice, tax invoice, payment, COR, DGT), including sanity check with associated team/ department.
Organize all documents (and supporting documents) are accurate and completely well documented in repository.
Close coordination and collaboration with related functions (accounting, finance, tax, SOP, asset management, procurement)
Keep up to date with the latest regulations and compliance for good corporate governance.
Provide regular operation analysis and report.
Minimum Qualifications
Job Qualifications :
Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
Experience :
2-5 years of experience in related field (accounting, finance, business administration, economics).
Organization experience, especially with cross-function collaboration and coordination.
Technical Skill:
Strong in finance operations and administrations (especially AP) for IT organization, data management, and spreadsheet processing.
Understanding of Chart of Account, Cash Flow Management, AP and AR journals, Tax (VAT, WHT, COR, DGT), and Accounting Principles (PSAK).
