We are currently hiring for the following positions within our Finance team:
- Cash Management Officer — Full-time
- Reconciliation Officer — 6-Months Contract
- Reporting Officer — Full-time
Cash Management Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and monitor daily cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational and strategic needs.
- Creator for payment processing and fund transfers, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct detailed reconciliation of bank statements and financial transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies proactively.
- Analyze and forecast cash flow trends to support financial decision-making and risk management.
- Act as the primary liaison with banks and financial institutions to optimize cash management services and resolve transaction issues.
- Implement and improve cash management procedures and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare detailed cash flow reports and financial summaries for management review.
- Support treasury-related initiatives, including investment planning and financial risk assessments
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Foundational understanding of financial reporting standards and accounting principles.
- Proficient in using Google Suite (especially Google Sheets and Google Drive) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Internship or work experience in a finance or cash management function.
- Familiarity with financial systems or ERP tools.
- Interest in the tech industry and working in a fast-paced environment.
Reconciliation Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee data reconciliation between partner records and the company's internal system.
- Review and validate financial transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Investigate and analyze discrepancies in reconciliation data, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
- Develop and enhance reconciliation procedures to improve efficiency and data integrity.
- Act as the main point of contact for reconciliation issues between internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulatory standards, and audit requirements.
- Support financial audits, providing reconciliation data and necessary documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial reconciliation, accounting, finance operations, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial reconciliation, reporting, accounting, and data validation.
- Good understanding of financial compliance, audit processes, and risk identification.
- Proficient in accounting and ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar tools.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to work with large datasets and prepare accurate financial reports.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial validation and reporting.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Reporting Officer
Responsibilities
- Prepare basic financial and management reports under supervision.
- Assist in gathering and validating financial information from multiple sources.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and supporting documentation.
- Support the timely submission of financial reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain organized records and assist in audit preparation.
- Stay updated on basic financial reporting standards, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
