Finance Officer SCG Indonesia

About the Role

As a Finance Officer at SCG Indonesia, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing transactions, and supporting decision-making with timely financial data. You will collaborate closely with our accounting, tax, and business units to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily financial transactions including payments, receipts, and journal entries.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and ledgers on a regular basis.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing process.
• Assist in budget tracking, expense monitoring, and variance analysis.
• Prepare routine financial reports for management review.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal departments for payment and collection matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0–3 years of finance or accounting experience; internships in similar fields are an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of accounting standards and financial processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable communicating in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
