We are currently opening 2 positions in the Finance team:

  1. Treasury Officer - You will be responsible for managing the company's banking operations, cash position monitoring, and treasury administration to ensure accuracy, security, liquidity, and compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
  2. Account Receivable Officer - You will be responsible for managing the company's receivable processes, including invoicing, monitoring outstanding payments, and ensuring accurate financial records

Treasury Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of company bank accounts, including account opening, closure, maintenance, and updates related to KYC documentation or deeds.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all banking-related matters, coordinating with both internal stakeholders and external banking partners on daily operational issues, token access, changes in authorization matrices, and updates to signatories.
  • Support the management of intercompany funding activities, foreign exchange (FX) transactions, and short-term investment placements in accordance with company policies.
  • Prepare and submit treasury-related reports in an accurate and timely manner, including:

  1. Weekly and Monthly Cash Position Reports
  2. Monthly Bank Reconciliation Reports
  3. Monthly Bank Statement Downloads and documentation
  4. Monthly Short-Term Investment Reports

  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all treasury operations and deliverables.
  • Maintain proper organization and documentation of treasury transactions, banking correspondence, and account profiles.
  • Support internal and external audit processes by preparing and providing required treasury and banking documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 23 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Finance, or Accounting roles.
  • Solid understanding of cash management, banking operations, and financial documentation.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Demonstrates strong integrity, reliability, and accountability in handling financial matters.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Effective communication skills and a high level of trustworthiness.

Account Receivable Officer

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions related to accounts receivable to maintain proper and up-to-date records.
  • Verify the completeness of customer documentation to support invoicing and payment processes.
  • Process and issue invoices, debit memos, and credit memos in accordance with company SOPs.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collection from customers.
  • Prepare periodic accounts receivable reports for financial tracking and analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Support other finance-related tasks as required to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 13 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Accounts Receivable.
  • Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems
  • Experience in invoice processing and reconciliation.
  • Ability to perform data analysis and reporting.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
