Job Description

About the Role

Blibli Group is transforming into a future-ready digital and omnichannel ecosystem, supported by strong financial discipline across our online and offline businesses.

As a Commercial Finance Officer, you will support the financial operations behind our growing business by ensuring revenue, receivables, settlements, claims, and commercial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled. Depending on the business assignment, you may support e-commerce/marketplace operations, partner brands, or offline distribution channels.

You'll work closely with Finance, Commercial, Sales, and Operations teams to maintain healthy financial performance and turn financial data into meaningful business insights.

What You'll Do

  • Perform reconciliation of revenue, settlements, accounts receivable, and other commercial transactions across assigned business channels.
  • Review and validate partner claims, promotions, rebates, returns, cost-sharing, and other commercial adjustments against agreed terms.
  • Identify discrepancies across transaction, billing, payment, and operational data, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
  • Monitor AR, settlement, claim status, and credit exposure to maintain healthy cash flow and financial controls.
  • Prepare P&L, AR aging, reconciliation, claim, and other periodic financial reports, including variance analysis and key business insights.
  • Support month-end closing and collaborate with Commercial, Sales, Operations, and other Finance teams to ensure accurate financial records.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Reconciliation, AR, Credit Control, Commercial Finance, or related roles; strong fresh graduates may also be considered.
  • Good understanding of accounting, reconciliation, accounts receivable, and basic financial controls.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
  • Exposure to ERP systems, SQL, BigQuery, Python, or data analytics tools is an advantage.
  • Experience or interest in e-commerce, marketplace, retail, FMCG, or distribution businesses is preferred.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with high-volume transactional data and cross-functional stakeholders.

Why You'll Love Working Here

You'll gain exposure to finance across a diverse omnichannel ecosystem—from digital transactions and marketplace settlements to offline distribution, receivables, and partner claims. It's an opportunity to build strong commercial finance capabilities while understanding how finance enables sustainable business growth as we continue growth — transforming together.
