Position: Finance Manager
Company: SPI (Sentrum Promosi Indonesia) Sister Company of Rajawali Telekomunikasi Selular Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Reports To: Chief of Finance
What You'll Do
- Oversee the financial health and day-to-day accounting operations of the company.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Manage all tax reporting (PPh 21, 23, 25, PPN) ensuring full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Monitor daily cash flow, manage Accounts Payable/Receivable, and ensure liquidity.
- Lead the annual budget planning process and perform variance analysis.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and banking partners when necessary.
- Provide financial insights and reports to support the Board of Directors in decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Solid experience in Finance/Accounting management (Mid-Senior level).
- Must possess Brevet A & B certification.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Jurnal, Accurate, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of PSAK and Indonesian Tax Regulations.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and analytical thinking.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
