Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team at our Batam office, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Oversee accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support informed business decisions.
- Ensure effective internal controls and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury operations, and banking relationships.
- Partner with department heads to support both operational and strategic goals.
- Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree or CPA is an advantage).
- Minimum 810 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, budgeting, and internal control systems.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- High integrity, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
