Job Description
Job Description:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Finance department: create, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and controls; streamline the billing and collection process and cash application functions for the company.
- Monitor aging balances and cash flow.
- Manage monthly Finance closing process including reconciliation of sub-ledger to GL and prepare month-end schedules, revenue report, and reconciliation to GL and metrics used for internal reporting.
- Review with management creditworthiness decisions on marginal credit approvals and slow-paying accounts.
Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 7 years (s) of working experience in retail business
- Possess a finance strategic approach to deal with outside competition.
- Empathy for the various parties in a deal and an ability to adapt to fast-changing processes regarding the company or government regulations.
