Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our barbershop team. As the Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. You will work closely with the management team to provide strategic financial guidance and ensure the financial health of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including revenue projections and expense budgets
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to the management team to support decision-making
• Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, to the management team and investors
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
• Manage cash flow, including overseeing accounts payable and receivable, managing vendor relationships, and implementing efficient payment processes
• Lead the annual audit process and ensure compliance with all audit requirements
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies that support the long-term growth and sustainability of the business
• Manage and mentor finance team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, financial analysis, and reporting
• Experience managing a budgeting and forecasting process
• Experience with financial systems, including accounting software and financial reporting tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the retail or hospitality industry preferred
