Finance Manager

Role Description

This role oversees day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting to support strategic decision-making. The Finance Manager monitors accounts payable and receivable, ensures accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes, and maintains compliance with local regulations and company policies. This position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance, optimize costs, and improve profitability while managing financial controls and risk mitigation. The Finance Manager also contributes to process improvements, implements best practices in finance, and supports leadership with data-driven insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills, with experience in developing and monitoring financial plans.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
• Proficiency with financial systems and tools, such as spreadsheets, accounting software, and ERP platforms.
• Capability in cash flow management, cost control, and financial risk assessment.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and presenting financial insights to leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or a similar high-growth industry.
• Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax requirements is highly beneficial.
