Finance Manager (Country Manager Track)

We are looking for a commercially sharp and ambitious finance leader to take ownership of the finance function at Cartrack Indonesia.

This is not a traditional back-office finance role. You will be a key partner to the Country leadership team, driving financial strategy, business performance, and growth. You will work closely with Sales as well as Operations teams to support revenue growth, improve margins, and provide insights that influence strategic decisions.

You will lead a team of high-performing talents and play a key role in shaping financial strategy, governance, and commercial decision-making. For the right candidate, this role offers a clear path toward broader country leadership responsibilities, potentially evolving into a Country Manager or General Management track.

We're looking for someone who

• Started their career in Big 4 / mid-tier audit
• Has 815 years of progressive finance experience
• Is commercially minded and business-oriented, comfortable partnering with sales and operational leaders
• Has experience supporting revenue-driven organizations or sales teams through financial planning, pricing analysis, or commercial insights
• Exposure to sales-driven environments (e.g. SaaS, subscription, tech, telecom, or high-growth businesses) would be highly advantageous
• Has experience leading and developing finance teams
• Wants to grow into broader leadership and country-level responsibilities
