Role Description

Ajari Technologies is seeking a full-time Finance Manager to oversee and manage the company's financial operations. This is an on-site role located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area.

The Finance Manager will play a key role in ensuring financial health and sustainability by managing day-to-day financial activities, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, and supporting strategic decision-making. The role requires hands-on experience in startup environments, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced and evolving business landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and financial controls
• Lead annual budget planning and forecasting, ensuring alignment with business goals and growth strategy
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and investment decisions
• Monitor and manage company cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity and financial stability
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and operational teams to support business initiatives
• Improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance roles within a startup environment
• Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and annual forecasting
• Experience in cash flow management and financial risk management
• Ability to create meaningful financial reports and interpret financial data
• Experience with financial systems such as ERP or accounting software
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the technology or startup industry is highly preferred
• Proficient in English is a must
