Job Description

driving Finance system strategic roadmap; enhance system and information capabilities to support the functional needs.

Key responsibilities

Work closely with Finance and Technology leadership to define functional architecture needs.

Projects prioritization and yearly budget planning to strategically aligned to Finance roadmap, in addition optimized resource to support delivery of the projects.

Represented in or member of project Steering committee and Project Working Committee for Finance related projects.

Manage projects risk, key milestone and implementation date with relevant projects stakeholders and ensure quality delivery of the projects.

Review users requirement and ensure finance applications and EUC [end users computing] functionalities, system design and solution effectively meeting stakeholder needs.

For End User computing [EUC] tools supported by FIM, oversee the deliveries of change requests, and ensure the development and deployment of EUC are in line with IT system development methodology and change control management process.

Setting SLA with stakeholders and ensure finance applications and EUC are timely process to support stakeholders reporting needs with accurate calculation and good data quality in line with enterprise data governance framework.

Ongoing review and improvement of system maintenance and change management controls and process. In addition, management of production issues and ensure that system related issues are escalated timely and resolved within stipulated timeline.

Manage and develop FIM team with appropriate skillsets to support future demand
