Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all finance and accounting functions, including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, taxation, treasury, and internal controls.
  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and long-term sustainability.
  • Manage annual budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and business planning initiatives.
  • Provide comprehensive financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support executive decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
  • Oversee cash flow management, liquidity planning, and banking relationships.
  • Identify financial risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Strengthen internal control systems and ensure good corporate governance practices.
  • Monitor financial performance and drive cost efficiency as well as revenue optimization initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's Degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial or leadership role.
  • Experience in hospital or healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation, budgeting, financial modeling, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity, leadership maturity, and professionalism.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in financial systems/ERP and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
