Job Responsibilities
- Budgeting
- Participate in the business strategic planning, convert to Financial models and give financial insight;
- Monitor the business performance and progress, give detail analysis to the result and suggestion to optimize;
- Provide comptrollership function in order to ensure finances are managed according to legislation, policies and procedures and accounting policies;
- Work closely with HQ Finance team to set and optimize the Finance policies and procedures;
- Perform other duties as required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Accounting or related disciplines is required
- Qualified accountant with CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
- 5 years relevant experience in construction business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin), Bahasa and English.
- Strong organizational and planning skills
