Job Description

Job Summary

This role is responsible for running and supporting IT applications and digital transformation initiatives within the Finance and Accounting functions. The position ensures smooth operation, implementation, and enhancement of finance-related business applications, while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver reliable, compliant, and value-adding IT solutions.

Responsibilities :

  • Run and support IT Applications and Digitalization initiatives in Finance and Accounting functions according to IT & Digital Transformation strategic plan to ensure all initiatives/projects run timely.
  • Run the on-going operations of IT Application services in Finance and Accounting function to provide quality and timely support to all users.
  • Run the implementation of business applications related to Finance function, to ensure smooth deliveries of business applications to support business operation and to ensure business control are in place in the application and working effectively.
  • Coordinate with related section in assessment of new computing technologies and the feasibility of system enhancement as well as the potential value to the company to ensure company to maximize company capacities.
  • Coordinate with main IT vendors related to Finance and Accounting applications, and ensure they perform the work according to agreed SOW and service level.
  • Collaborate with the Data Governance team to ensure data quality and compliance within finance and accounting systems.
  • Maintain good communication and relationship with user to meet expected user service level.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting, ERP implementation, process automation, or IT project management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, including experience with project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Familiarity with SAP FICO systems
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure components (e.g., servers, networks, databases) and their role in digital transformation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
