  • Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers.
  • Execute recording daily reconciliation of journal entries into the accounting system.
  • Corrects accounting errors and posts journal entry adjustments.
  • Complete end of month close procedures.
  • Prepare analysis of accounts as requested.
  • Respond to internal and external enquiries related to daily journal entries.
  • Provides financial status information by preparing special reports; completing special projects.
  • Provide support during ad-hoc task and/or audit-related.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting/Finance function (Fresh Graduate with an internship experience will be a plus point).
  • Proficient in operating Microsoft Office & Google Workspace programs.
  • Experience working in Oracle accounting system is a plus.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail – maintain a high level of accuracy in transaction processing.
  • Experience with high volume transaction processing.
