Prepare and analyze annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
Provide and analyze financial reports in alignment with business strategies.
Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, COGS, financial commitments, and obligations to project future income and expenditures.
Provide recommendations and alternative solutions on matters such as resource utilization and underlying assumptions used in budget estimates.
Ensure all accounting processes and procedures are properly implemented in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Collaborate with the accounting team in the monthly financial closing process.
Provide recommendations, develop, maintain, and monitor accounting requirements related to operational and financial issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Accounting or Business Administration
Minimum 45 years of experience in a Financial Planning, Modelling & Analysis role within the shipbuilding, heavy equipment, or mining downstream industries (Port, Barging & Transshipment Business).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Microsoft Excel.
Proficient in SAP.
Professional certifications in Financial Analysis, Corporate Planning, Accounting, Treasury, and Budgeting are preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Willing to be placed at the Head Office (Cilandak South Jakarta).
