  • Oversee and manage the administration of company budgets and expense records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies.
  • Monitor budget allocation and utilization for sales activities, promotions, and campaigns to ensure alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Process and review budget usage, expense submissions, and supporting documentation to ensure proper classification and timely recording.
  • Monitor actual expenses versus approved budgets, identify variances, and support analysis for cost control purposes.
  • Maintain and update financial records related to operational and administrative expenses, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness.
  • Support the preparation and review of monthly financial and management reports, particularly related to budget utilization and expense tracking.
  • Coordinate closely with business units to ensure accurate expense planning, budget allocation, and documentation completeness.
  • Monitor outstanding expense submissions and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely processing and closure.
  • Assist in budget forecasting and planning, especially for administrative and operational expenses.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows related to budget administration and expense recording.
  • Provide financial insights and administrative support to management to enhance budget discipline and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management or economics with related financial major
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or budget/expense administration roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of budget control, expense tracking, and financial administration processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with financial or ERP systems.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work on-site (WFO) at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
