Job Description:

  • Assist in providing financial business partnering support to the Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) Directorate
  • Support strategic decision-making by delivering financial reports and cost analysis
  • Monitor actual spending versus budget, highlighting key variances and cost optimization opportunities
  • Ensure real estate financial transactions comply with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and internal policies
  • Conduct cost analysis on property rentals, maintenance expenses, and capital expenditures (CapEx)
  • Track and optimize facility management costs, ensuring efficient allocation of financial resources
  • Work closely with real estate, procurement, and facility management teams to ensure financial due diligence in property transactions

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Min 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or real estate financial management.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and cost analysis.
  • Understanding of real estate finance, lease accounting (IFRS 16), and facility management costs.
  • Proficiency in financial systems (SAP, Oracle, Power BI, or similar tools) and strong Excel-based financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present financial data effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic corporate environment
