What You&aposll Do
- Lead finance internal audits: Design and execute the annual finance audit plan, covering financial operations, special projects, and exit audits.
- Strengthen controls: Review group and subsidiary processes, set up SOPs, and ensure compliance with regulatory, financial, and tax standards.
- Manage risks proactively: Identify risk points, recommend improvements, and establish a risk-warning and closed-loop follow-up mechanism.
- Safeguard business activities: Monitor fund management, investment, and financing for compliance, preventing fraud and operational risks.
- Be a trusted advisor: Join contract reviews and process design discussions to ensure compliance from the start.
- Collaborate & influence: Partner with Finance, Legal, and other teams to embed internal control culture through training and awareness.

What We&aposre Looking For
- Bachelor&aposs degree or above in Finance, Auditing, Accounting, or related field.
- Familiar with Indonesian SAK accounting standards; BKP or CA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimun 5 years working experience with combination 3 years experience in audit and 2 years responsible for leading teams.
- Previous experience in fintech or financial services is highly valued.
- Strong analytical and risk insight skills, with the ability to turn findings into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills to work with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a bonus.
