Finance Associate (Factory)

Responsibilities :

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and employee reimbursements
• Monitor AP aging reports and coordinate timely payments in line with company cash flow
• Review and verify supporting documentation before processing payments
• Liaise with internal departments and vendors to resolve payment discrepancies
• Manage vendor deposits and advances, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts
• Administer all aspects of bank loans including drawdowns, repayments, and interest calculations
• Support the Finance team during ERP system implementation and transition
• Prepare and compile documentation for internal and external audits
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Assist with budget preparation, financial reporting, and special projects as assigned
• Perform other finance-related tasks as required by management

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years experience as Finance Staff, especially in Account Payable area
• High familiarity with Account Payable process
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Familiarity with ERP system, Oracle would be a plus point
• Strong data entry and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Willing to work from our Factory in Pulo Gadung area, Monday - Friday
