Job Description

Responsibilities

Prepare and review financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual) in line with PSAK/IFRS
Ensure compliance with tax regulations (VAT, withholding tax, corporate tax)
Handle audits and liaise with external auditors
Maintain internal controls and support regulatory reporting
Identify process improvements and support system/ERP implementation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for budgeting and cash flow management
Oversee AP/AR operations and support closing processes
Mentor junior finance staff

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Have more than 5 years of experience in financial management, with prior leadership roles preferred.
Strong understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and/or IFRS
Solid knowledge of Indonesian tax compliance: PPh 21, 22, 23, 25/29, and VAT (PPN)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and dashboard creation)
Experience with ERP systems (SAP B1 or equivalent)
Ability to prepare and consolidate financial statements
Experience in inventory costing within multi-SKU industries (e.g., cosmetics, skincare)
Exposure to treasury operations or working capital management
Familiarity with transfer pricing documentation
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or similar)
