Responsibilities
- Deposit checks to the bank as payments from customers.
- Prepare and process payment vouchers in accordance with company procedures.
- Prepare and complete petty cash forms for operational needs.
- Prepare summaries and periodic reports of petty cash usage accurately.
- Perform proper and well-organized filing of financial documents.
- Handle the process of opening bank accounts when required by the company.
- Prepare and record accounting journal entries in accordance with applicable standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Financial Management.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficient inMicrosoft Exceland accounting software.
- Proficiency in Bahasa and English.
- Good understanding of basic accounting, includingjournal entries, general ledger, and financial statement preparation.
- Proficient inpetty cash management, payment processing (payment vouchers), and financial administration.
- Willing to be placed in Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
- Willing to fill this position on a temporary for 3 to 6 months.
