Company Description

The Finance & Corporate Services Manager leads the finance function at PT GIH: close, reporting, tax, treasury, controls, and FP&A. Reports directly to the President Director, independent of the General Manager. The role also carries managerial oversight of HR, GA, and legal administration, with day-to-day execution delivered through the HR Executive. The role partners with the President Director and General Manager on financial integrity, governance, and decision support, and represents the Company to auditors, tax authorities, banks, and statutory bodies on matters within its remit.

Role Description

  • Run the monthly close, journals, reconciliations, and financial statements (P&L, BS, CF) under PSAK.
  • Handle tax filings (PPh, PPN, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, SPT) and DJP correspondence.
  • Support the annual external audit — prepare PBC and work through queries with the auditors.
  • Manage cashflow, banking, payment runs, and the weekly cash forecast.
  • Keep internal controls in place (approval matrix, segregation of duties, petty cash).
  • Build the annual budget and rolling forecast with department heads and prepare the monthly management pack for the PD.
  • Refresh standard costs and support pricing, capex, and product-margin decisions.
  • Maintain the Finance & Accounting Policy Manual and act as finance process owner for the ERP rollout.
  • Oversee HR & GA— payroll, BPJS, employee contracts, training plan, statutory reporting, and company permits.
  • Review key contracts (commercial, employment, vendor, lease, NDA) before signature and keep a contract register.
  • Maintain the corporate-document set (akta, NPWP, SK Kemenkumham, resolutions); coordinate with notaris and external counsel; file LKPM.

Qualifications</p>

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 4- 5 years of finance experience, with supervisory exposure (team lead, senior, or assistant manager level).
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable closing books and preparing financial statements under PSAK.
  • Familiar with Indonesian tax — PPh, PPN, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, SPT.
  • Has been part of an external audit cycle (preparing PBC, answering auditor queries).
  • Comfortable in Excel for budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
  • Any exposure to HR, payroll, or contracts is helpful — the HR Executive supports day-to-day delivery.
  • Working English and good Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Willing to be Batam-based, on-site, full-time.
  • Nice to have: Brevet A/B, ERP experience (SAP B1, Odoo, NetSuite, or similar), FTZ (KPBPB) exposure.
