Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Prepare invoices, payment requests, and supporting financial documents.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain proper financial documentation.
- Assist in monthly and yearly closing processes.
- Prepare financial reports and support budget monitoring activities.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure smooth financial operations.
- Prepare and organize tax-related documents and support tax administration processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial procedures.
- Support internal and external audit activities when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting & Finance. Fresh Graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Familiar with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliation processes.
Basic understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPN and PPh).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Experience using accounting software such as Accurate/Jurnal/SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
