Responsibilities
- Assist in month-end closing activities and financial report preparation
- Input and verify financial transactions, journal entries, and payment vouchers
- Support General Ledger analysis, expenditure tracking, and account reconciliations
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify bank statements
- Organize and maintain financial documents, invoices, and receipts
- Support internal and external audit processes by preparing required documentation
- Assist in monitoring cash transactions, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity management
- Support budget monitoring and variance reporting
- Assist in preparing and filing tax reports and related documents (PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPh 26, and VAT)
- Conduct tax data reconciliation and maintain tax records
- Provide administrative and ad-hoc support to the Finance & Tax Team
Requirements
- Fresh Graduate or final year student (NO ACTIVE CLASSES), majoring in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation, with a minimum GPA of 3.50
- Preferably has completed advanced accounting-related courses
- Has basic understanding of GAAP and Indonesian tax regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive data
- Available for a 6-month internship duration with commitment
- Available to work fully from office (Monday–Friday) in Thamrin, Central Jakarta
- Available to join ASAP
