Finance & Accounting Manager

We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager who is not only strong in accounting fundamentals, but also passionate about improving processes, systems, and ways of working.

As Finance & Accounting Manager, you will oversee the Finance & Accounting function while playing an important role in improving the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of our financial processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and system/technology teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical solutions that support business growth.

Responsibility:

• Lead, manage, and develop the Finance & Accounting team to ensure effective and efficient daily operations.
• Manage and control Finance & Accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end closing.
• Review financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis to support management in making informed business decisions.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other external parties.
• Identify manual or inefficient Finance & Accounting processes and take initiatives to simplify, standardize, and improve them across multiple entities.
• Work closely with internal teams and Technology/Development teams to improve ERP processes and financial workflows.
• Help translate Finance & Accounting needs into system or process improvements and work with relevant teams to implement them.
• Establish and improve financial controls and processes to support business growth and increasing transaction volumes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong hands-on accounting experience, particularly in journal entries, reconciliations, month-end closing, financial reporting, and Chart of Accounts.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, PSAK, and tax regulations.
• Proven experience in process improvement, standardization, automation, or financial transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and the ability to translate Finance requirements into practical system improvements.
• Experience managing Finance & Accounting across multiple entities or business units is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, ownership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment where processes and systems are continuously improved.

Experience in retail, e-commerce, technology, or other high-volume transaction environments is preferred. Big 4 or public accounting experience is a plus.
