Job Description

Adecco is currently supporting our Manufacturing client in their search for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager to support financial operations, reporting, and compliance. This role requires a strong foundation in accounting standards, taxation, and financial analysis, along with the ability to manage processes efficiently and support strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with PSAK and IFRS standards in financial reporting.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
  • Develop and implement tax planning strategies in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor internal controls and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Supervise and guide junior accounting staff when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of PSAK and IFRS standards.
  • Proven experience in tax planning and compliance.
  • Holds Brevet A & B certification.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and high level of integrity.
  • Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
