Adecco is currently supporting our Manufacturing client in their search for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager to support financial operations, reporting, and compliance. This role requires a strong foundation in accounting standards, taxation, and financial analysis, along with the ability to manage processes efficiently and support strategic financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules.
- Ensure compliance with PSAK and IFRS standards in financial reporting.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies in line with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor internal controls and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff when required.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of PSAK and IFRS standards.
- Proven experience in tax planning and compliance.
- Holds Brevet A & B certification.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and high level of integrity.
- Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
