Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to support our finance operations in Jakarta. This on-site role involves handling invoicing, payment collection, financial coordination, and reporting, while working closely with internal finance teams and external stakeholders.

The role provides hands-on exposure to financial planning, accounting operations, and day-to-day finance administration to ensure efficient and accurate finance function management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, issue, and manage client invoices accurately and on time.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments (collection).
  • Record and reconcile incoming client payments.
  • Coordinate with internal finance and accounting teams regarding invoicing, collections, and financial records.
  • Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and basic financial analysis.
  • Support preparation of financial reports related to billing, payments, and revenue tracking.
  • Maintain organized financial documentation, data entry, and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate financial communications with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Support operational finance tasks to ensure smooth daily finance operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (completed or in progress).
  • English proficiency is mandatory (written and verbal).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial records management.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills to work with internal teams and external parties.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with financial or accounting software is a plus.
