We are a Project Management & Consulting Company for Construction based in Bali.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia, for a Finance & Administrative Assistant.

The role involves providing comprehensive administrative and financial support to the organization, including managing daily administrative operations, maintaining accurate records, and handling general clerical duties.

The role also includes supporting executive-level staff by coordinating schedules, managing appointments, preparing documents, and assisting with other executive administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

General Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or Administrative roles (fresh graduates are welcome for junior positions).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and financial administration.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations (VAT, Withholding Tax, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, e-SPT) is a plus, especially for Tax-related roles.
Technical Skills
  • Strong financial management and administrative skills.
  • Ability to handle transaction recording, reconciliation, invoicing, and document filing accurately and systematically.
  • Experience in managing invoices, payments, petty cash, and simple financial reports.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, especially Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as Accurate, Xero, Jurnal, or similar is an advantage.
Personal & Soft Skills
  • Highly detail-oriented, accurate, and well-organized.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and responsibility, especially when handling financial data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Discreet and able to maintain the confidentiality of company information.
Additional Advantages
  • Experience dealing with auditors, tax consultants, or tax offices is a plus.
  • Experience in the construction, property, or service industries is an advantage (if relevant).
  • Tax certification (e.g., Brevet A/B) or finance-related training is a plus.
  • English proficiency (written and/or spoken) is an advantage.
