Finance, Accounting, and Tax Supervisor
- Set up a rigorous flow and build best practices for finance and accounting activities.
- Ensure the integrity of the company's bookkeeping activities & figures
- Prepare financial statements: scrutinise and provide analyses on profit and loss (P&L) statement items movement; the revenue and expense lines; balance sheets items and statement of cash flows; ensure a streamlined month-end closing (MEC) process and prepare management update
- Prepare P&L and Cash Flow forecast
- Prepare annual/monthly budgeting, implement budget control process cross-functionally, and manage the realisation of budget
- Assist in optimization of cash flow, including managing AR and AP
- Perform regular audit to ensure integrity of reports and zero fraudulent activities
- Assist in tax administration and ensure payment to Tax Office on-schedule for statutory reporting accuracy:
Team Development
- Manage and coach existing finance team members, and provide support in hiring and building a strong FAT team
An ideal candidate:
- Bachelor in Finance and Accounting. Master degree/CPA/CFA and equivalents will be beneficial
- Prior 5-8 years experience in working on Finance, Accounting, FP&A or Corporate Strategy) in Consumer Goods industry (or similar)
- At least 2 years experience managing team
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills and passionate in numbers
- Proactive, Self-motivated, responsible, and strong attention to detail.
