Role Description

We are hiring a Finance Accounting Tax Lead to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ciputat. The role involves overseeing financial reporting, managing tax compliance, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and ensuring accurate usage of accounting software. The Finance Accounting Tax Lead will also play a central role in communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure financial accountability and efficiency.

• Proven Experience as Finance Accounting Tax Supervisor minimum 3 years.
• Preferably FMCG industries background
• Proficiency in Financial Statements and general Finance operations
• Strong Analytical Skills to oversee financial planning and analysis
• Experience with Accounting Software and related technological tools
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
