Responsibilities
We're looking for a
hands-on Finance, Accounting & Tax Specialist who wants
real ownership, broad exposure, and the chance to see the
direct impact of their work on the business beyond just audit files and working papers.
What You'll Do
- Own full-set accounting, month-end closing, and financial reporting (PSAK/IFRS).
- Manage day-to-day finance operations: cash flow, payments, receivables, and bank reconciliation.
- Handle Indonesian tax compliance (PPN, PPh 21/23/4(2), PPh Badan), including e-Faktur & e-Filing.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly management reporting.
- Prepare audit and compliance documentation and coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Background from KAP Big 4 is required (audit or tax).
- Solid understanding of PSAK/IFRS and Indonesian taxation.
- Hands-on experience with full-set accounting and financial reporting.
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently with high ownership in a dynamic environment.
- Willing to be placed in Karawaci, Tangerang
