Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and develop policies and system management Finance & Accounting
  • Prepare, create, review, monitoring and manage budgets
  • Coordinate and carry out financial planning and analysis to be able to provide input in making business decisions, for investment needs, expansion, operations and other financial conditions
  • Coordinate and control the implementation of accounting functions in the company
  • Plan, coordinate, and control the company's cash flow, account balances, receivables, and payables

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance and Accounting
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience as Finance & Accounting Manager
  • Experience in any financial Accounting roles
  • Has experience in the property industry
  • Understand of budgeting, short and long-term
  • In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and industry legislation
  • Proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Interpersonal relationship skills
