Finance, Accounting & Tax Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with PSAK/IFRS standards
• Manage monthly tax compliance (WHT & VAT) and annual CIT reporting
• Prepare monthly management accounts and balance sheet schedules
• Lead annual audits, including actuary reports for pension obligations
• Handle month-end closing processes including revenue recognition, deferred and unbilled revenue
• Maintain and manage cash flow
• Update monthly consolidated financials, investor, and internal reports using HQ templates
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and accounting standards
• Lead and develop the Indonesian finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to provide financial insights and support
• Drive process improvements to optimize financial accuracy and efficiency
• Handle ad hoc projects and additional assignments as needed

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant with strong accounting and control background
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a fast-paced or media-related industry
• Proven track record in a senior finance leadership role
• Proficient in Excel (daily use) and QuickBooks (financial system)
• Deep understanding of PSAK, IFRS, and financial regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels of an organization
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Experience working with regional teams and stakeholders is a strong plus
