Job Description:

• Managing petty cash
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Recording daily financial transactions (journal entries) accurately and on time.
• Handling financial administration, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), invoices, and payments.
• Ensuring financial documents are complete, organized, and properly maintained.
• Assisting with tax administration
• Coordinating with internal teams regarding financial transactions.
• Implementing company financial procedures and internal controls.
• Managing the company's budgeting process, including budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 2 year of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Accurate Software.
• Understanding of accounting, finance, and taxation principles.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and responsibility.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
