Midplaza Holding is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Accounting & Tax Junior Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the accounting functions while ensuring compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting requirements. Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing the accounting and finance operations to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, and ensure compliance with regulations
- Coordinate tax preparations and filings, including CITR and monthly tax compliance to ensure adherence with tax regulations
- Involve and support in financial projection and tax planning
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
- Work closely with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits
- Provide support to the team member
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and tax; with at least 1 year in Junior Manager role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, cashflow management, and tax regulations
- Experienced with handling CITR and monthly tax compliance (mandatory)
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
